We hope you are delighted with our services, but if you have a complaint, please let us know so we can work towards resolving it promptly and fairly.

When we receive a complaint, we will attempt to resolve it promptly. We will provide a written acknowledgement of receipt within 24 hours (1 business day) or as soon as practicable unless the complaint is resolved earlier.

We will ensure a final response is provided as soon as possible, but within 30 days of receipt of the complaint. For specific types of complaints, such as those involving default notices or urgent disputes (e.g. applications for hardship), a final response must be provided within 21 days.

If we are unable to address your complaint because it relates to a third party (e.g. a lender), we may ask you to contact the relevant third party directly.

If your complaint is expected to take longer than 30 days to resolve, we will notify you in writing, explaining the reasons for the delay and informing you of your right to refer the complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

If we do not reach an agreement on your complaint, you may refer it to an ASIC-Approved External Dispute Resolution (EDR) Scheme. Our external dispute resolution provider is the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

External dispute resolution is a free service designed to provide an independent mechanism for resolving complaints.
